Missouri Day
Mrs. Anna Brosius Korn, a native of Missouri, decided that there should be a day where we should all learn and think about the things Missourians have done. She convinced the General Assembly On March 22, 1915 to set aside the third Wednesday each October as "Missouri Day." Missouri Day is a time for kids and grownups to honor the state and to celebrate the achievements of all Missourians.
